About the
project
Polymathian takes the guesswork out of how you run and understand your business. No matter the industry, no matter the hurdle – Polymathian is here to help you. And they knew exactly who to come to to get that message across.
Maths is gross. We’ve made the executive decision. It is now official. Maths is gross.
So if someone offered to do our maths homework for us, we would be very very happy. That’s why we excitedly accepted when Polymathian asked us to assist them in developing a video which would communicate the benefits of using their industrial mathematics technologies.
To do this effectively, we would need to show the vitality of what Polymathian offered to audiences and potential clients. This meant first demonstrating the practical applications of these technologies to audiences.
Naturally, we started with the big picture.
A big picture of the earth to be more specific. We used this to illustrate how mathematics based technologies were vital to powering countries, export and import businesses.
But import and export businesses aren’t exactly a relatable industry for many people. So, we started to zoom in. We showed the planes, trains, ships and trucks which would be more understandable for the majority of audiences.
Displaying this range of businesses ensured there would be something everyone could understand. This was important as the voice over continued to explain the data driven decision making processes that made all of these businesses possible.
But this video needed to do more than just show how mathematics based technologies worked to power trucks and trains. We needed to show how Polymathian could improve these processes for businesses.
So, we brought audiences directly into the Polymathian tech world. With everything bathed in the blue sheen of fresh technology, audiences watched as the Polymathian interface influenced the inner workings of the plane, truck, and ship previously seen in the real world.
Not only did this cement understandings of the applications of Polymathian’s technology, but the complimentary voice-over also explained the optimisation Polymathian brought to these businesses.
Whilst we still think maths is gross, making this video was epic. Polymathian sure loved it.
If only Polymathian could have done our homework for us all those years ago.
